rock and roll......

I couldn't resist taking some sneaky pics when I saw this...............

You can't get Jack near a disco but give him a bit of Green Day (his choice, not mine, I'm just not that cool) and his best buddy and he really lets rip. I love that these two are growing up together, neither of them fits into the mould but to me they are just perfect and watching their friendship evolve is a joy.........................

Can't beat a bit of Green Day for bouncing around the room to. My two are starting to get the idea of singing and dancing to music, it's good entertainment to watch.

There's a mould for children?!
I love seeing boys dance something so endearing about it.

Aren't boys great! My boys go to a disco once a month, but when you look through the window, the girls are dancing nicely and the boys are charging around mental!
Love the granny squares by the way, I agree that they are addictive, I'm getting ready to sew mine together soon - Natalie X

What great pictures. I love dancing around with my girls, I'm sure they'll hate me doing it in a few years though very 'uncool'.
The Granny Squares are almost as pretty as you! Love the hair, you look so lovely and glam.

so cute. reminds me of my three kids when they are home with Dad...dancing and belting it out to Weezer at top volume. I never understood the whole "kid music" thing. :)

Just had a peek around your blog and have to say it's great, want your dresser I have to say !!! I, like you, are a busy mum, I have three boys under 4 and a cat and dog oh yeah and a scruffy husband, but I too struggle to find the logic in housework, don't get me wrong but I clean, the boys play when I turn around it looks just like I have not bothered. My rule is once you can no longer see you face in something .... clean it....
Can't see to follow your blog but maybe you will want to see mine.... Take care and keep blogging

Lovely to see them enjoying some action.
Julia your crochet squares are so lovely, I slways love other peoples choise of colour better than my own...mine looks so drab. I will not be showing it to anyone...I guess I should unpick and start again.

Not fitting into the mould means they are more creative! I wonder who that might come from!

Heart warming...my older boy is just getting to the embaressed stage, if its just me he will bop all evening, if his Dad turns up he goes all shy...and when its the PTA disco now he moans, the same little chap who would pester me to arrange discos no long wants to go...so sad...they grow up to quick, so those pics will be special....
